If there were 6 stars, I'd do 6! Mark and his team were brilliant from start to finish with excellent customer service, knowledge and advice for the best options to do the job, and a thorough cleaning experience. I especially appreciated their troubleshooting and flexibility to come up with a solution that would work for a tricky property location and access challenges. Very pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to use their services in future. Thank you to everyone on the team that made it easy and stress free! My carpet, area rugs and upholstery look great!

Mark did a great professional job yesterday cleaning my lounge, dining, hall, landing and stairs plus bathroom carpeting yesterday. All carpeting is now sparkling clean and smells wonderfully fresh. He is very personable and friendly and I was impressed at how he operated with the minimum of fuss and left everything tidy. He is also very competitively and fairly priced. I would highly recommend Mark to friends and family.

What a pleasure to welcome Mark back into our home early today for another brilliant service..After his amazing job of cleaning carpets in our new home last year the return vist was to clean our tiled floor throughout downstairs. Once again it transformed the space and made the area fresh and like new. And an added bonus of freshening a lounge rug for me just fabulous. But have to add along with the top class professional service Mark gives he really is a super guy so thank 😊 you.

TopMark did a fantastic job in our house, we had loads of stains from our dog plus various coffee spillages - all have been lifted and the whole house has been transformed! Super quick and efficient, me and my partner were both working from home and weren't disrupted in any way. 100% recommend

Mark is obviously doing a job which he takes great pride in, he has made a most excellent job of cleaning our upholstery and carpet.living in a bungalow with a dog the place does get grubby but mark managed without too much difficulty to remove all the spills and stains from our furniture and carpet, The cost is very reasonable and we would certainly recommend him to our friends and neighbours, Thanks Mark and *Top Marks*Cheers Bryan + Barbara

Brilliant service.I had recently had three, three-seater sofas moved out of storage after being in there for 5 years and they were very musty, and the colour had dulled. Mark cleaned them, and they now smell lovely and the colour is much more vibrant, they look like new now.Mark is a lovely guy, very friendly and chatty. He arrived on time and did the job much more quickly than I thought it would take but he was also very thorough and gave me some good advice about my carpets. I would definitely recommend using his services.

Just had my 15 year old cream carpet and even older sofas cleaned. Had been thinking they needed replacing but they have now been given a new lease of life and are looking great again. They came, they approved of our cleared rooms, they cleaned, in an hour and a half, which was faster than I expected, and then they left spotless carpets with no trace of the wear patterns.

Have used TopMark a number of times now and they always do a fantastic job! They have rescued my old (but favourite!) rugs numerous times and always makes them look like new. Carpets come up looking new even after my 4yr old and dog have caused numerous stains on them! Highly recommend this professional company.

Fantastic results on my carpet and sofa after having some serious mess on them caused by 2 kids and a puppy! They looked like new once Mark had worked his magic and I couldn't have asked for a more polite, friendly and punctual service from him and Victoria. I can't recommend TopMark Cleaning enough!It's been 2 years plus since my last review above and I've just had Mark back again to clean my lounge and stair carpet in preparation for a new sofa delivery. Once again the service was fantastic! My stair carpet is 9 years old but Mark made it come up like new so very happy 🙂

Simply amazing! Mark came to the rescue to save my rented house's carpet, which after 20 months of letting to naughty tenants turned from a beige to horrid manky greys and blacks. In a matter of an hour, he came and cleaned and left zero mess to turn bedroom, hallway and stair carpet to absolute prefection. Super friendly and honest with his advice. I wish I could post pictures just to show how good it was, but google won't let me. Thank you Mark (and his colleague)! So happy.

We have used Top Mark Cleaning several times over the last few years and always found Mark and Victoria very helpful. Mark is always very professional and good at his job leaving the carpets and sofa looking like new again. A couple of times we have needed 'urgent' visits, one being a full glass of red wine, Mark was with us within 15 minutes and dealt with our disaster, leaving not a mark on our cream carpet.

I really cannot rate TopMark cleaning enough! With 2 small children my soft furnishings and carpets have taken a really battering recently but TopMark has saved the day on several occasions following spillages and other child related accidents! Our sofa, rug and carpets were restored to their former glory in just a few hours at an impressivley reasonable cost. Not just that but the service is super friendly, professional and tustworthy. Mark from TopMark's came and cleaned my living room carpet and 2 huge sofas , they had been neglected and ruined by a messy toddler and dog. I was over the moon with the results. They honestly looked like new and smelled lovely . And it didnt take long for the room to dry either , a lot less hassle than hiring a machine and doing it yourself , a brilliant & friendly service!
