Domestic Carpet Cleaning FAQ's

Will I have to move furniture?: We are happy to move furniture however we would prefer customers to remove breakable items.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry?: Drying time varies for different reasons, ie: ventilation, time of year, type of carpet etc. Carpets can be walked on immediately after cleaning however we will provide you with foot covers and your carpets should be dry after 2 to 4 hours.
Will my carpet re-soil quicker after it has been cleaned?: The products and machinery we use today are very sophisticated and manufactured to the highest specifications and therefore rapid re-soiling shouldn’t occur.
Do you use eco – friendly cleaning products?: All our products are safe and biodegradable. If a customer specifically requests an eco product, due to allergies etc, we can certainly use a suitable product which is certified as allergy free

Mark did a great professional job yesterday cleaning my lounge, dining, hall, landing and stairs plus bathroom carpeting yesterday. All carpeting is now sparkling clean and smells wonderfully fresh. He is very personable and friendly and I was impressed at how he operated with the minimum of fuss and left everything tidy. He is also very competitively and fairly priced. Brilliant service.I had recently had three, three-seater sofas moved out of storage after being in there for 5 years and they were very musty, and the colour had dulled. Mark cleaned them, and they now smell lovely and the colour is much more vibrant, they look like new now.Mark is a lovely guy, very friendly and chatty. He arrived on time and did the job much more quickly than I thought it would take but he was also very thorough and gave me some good advice about my carpets. I would definitely recommend using his services.

Fantastic results on my carpet and sofa after having some serious mess on them caused by 2 kids and a puppy! Simply amazing! Mark came to the rescue to save my rented house's carpet, which after 20 months of letting to naughty tenants turned from a beige to horrid manky greys and blacks. In a matter of an hour, he came and cleaned and left zero mess to turn bedroom, hallway and stair carpet to absolute prefection. Super friendly and honest with his advice. I wish I could post pictures just to show how good it was, but google won't let me. Thank you Mark (and his colleague)! So happy.

We have used Top Mark Cleaning several times over the last few years and always found Mark and Victoria very helpful. Mark is always very professional and good at his job leaving the carpets and sofa looking like new again. A couple of times we have needed 'urgent' visits, one being a full glass of red wine, Mark was with us within 15 minutes and dealt with our disaster, leaving not a mark on our cream carpet.

I really cannot rate TopMark cleaning enough! With 2 small children my soft furnishings and carpets have taken a really battering recently but TopMark has saved the day on several occasions following spillages and other child related accidents!
